You are able to provide and replace staff quickly, longevity with serving individuals, goes above and beyond services, timeliness of addressing issues are on point, making the individual feel at home in their own home is imperative and your team met that by abiding by every rule the client placed for anyone who served him, which wasn’t easy sometimes. I feel that you didn’t only provide the client with personal care, you provided him with companionship. You were there to manage his calls to your office because he wanted someone to talk to. You didn't just dismiss them.
